Graham at 11 months

The pages of the calender just keep flipping by.  Our baby boy is eleven months old today.  Next time I do an update on him he will be 1 year-sniff sniff.
He is just recovering from Roseola.  The kid has impeccable timing, not only did he plan it on my birthday but he also managed to time it during the hottest week of the summer.

This past month, you and I have been on a wheat, dairy, soy, citrus, and  corn free diet.  It has been extremely difficult but the reward has been all worth it.  It seems that one of these elements is the trigger of your eczema.  Your skin has responded well and you actually can have cheeks the color of skin as opposed to the color of a red poinsettia.

Here is a rundown of your eleventh month.

You have really grown to love music.  Each day, I spend about 15 minutes dancing in the living room with you and your siblings.  You love to groove to the beat of the music as I hold you in my arms.

You can never have enough ice cold water.

During this warm weather, you have really enjoyed splashing in a plastic bowl that I put next to you.  We watch your siblings splash in the big pool while the two of us lounge poolside with our bowl.

Nana thinks you are going to be my terror. She said to me the other day, "He's going to be a handful, you just wait.".  Great.

You have become quite particular.  You know what you want and when you want it.  Anything short of that is unacceptable in your world and you're not afraid to show it.

Your fruit of choice lately has been a plethora of peaches.

As your hair continues to grow, the curls keep coming...and I love them.

You are crawling everywhere and you are beginning to get frustrated when you stand up but then realize you can't move in that position.

You are taking two naps a day and sleep 6:30 to 5:30/6:00 a.m.

Koby makes you laugh-especially when you can snag a handful of hair from him as he passes by.

You have learned to clap this past month and have also learned the hand signal for "touchdown" (both arms straight up in the air).   In honor of football season, Dad has taught you the proper terminology.

Your first birthday is next month and I'm left to wonder where the past year has gone.

Love you, my boy.
